Why do my spices clump together? Does this mean it has expired?
The seasoning may clump together because there are no anticaking agents in LKS. This does not mean the seasoning has expired. Simply use a spoon to break up the clumps and continue use.
How do I preserve my spices?
Store in a dark, cool , dry place.

If properly stored LKS last 1- 2 years.
